Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Integrated Evidence Generation Therapeutic Area Lead in inflammation & immunology. This hybrid, global role requires senior leadership to shape evidence strategy, coordinate IEP, RWE/Epi, and external research, and influence regulatory and payer decisions across multiple regions.

Candidates should hold an advanced degree and have extensive experience guiding late-phase and post-approval programs, with a proactive view on AI-enabled insights and responsible use.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Outcomes Research, Medicine, Public Health, Statistics, or related field.
15+ years of pharmaceutical, academic, medical, or evidence-generation experience; 15+ years preferred for leadership.
Experience shaping evidence strategy and delivering late-phase, post-approval, RWE/Epi programs.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute enterprise-wide strategy for evidence generation across the product lifecycle.
Establish external and internal scientific leadership in RWE, epidemiology, and data science.
Influence decisions with regulators, payers, and strategic partners; lead diverse teams effectively.
