Job summary

UCB is seeking a Real-World Evidence (RWE) Strategy Lead Developed Brands, Immunology to advance evidence strategies across the product lifecycle in a hybrid role, with 40% on-site in Cambridge, MA, Raleigh, NC, or Atlanta, GA and 5–10% travel.

You will lead global RWE programs, defining evidence needs for regulatory, market access, reimbursement, and patient outcomes, leveraging AI and advanced data sources to inform decisions and help patients access therapies.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech with evidence generation, regulatory, and payer initiatives.
Experience with Big Data and AI is an advantage.
Strong understanding of real-world evidence, epidemiology, and healthcare data sources.
Ability to lead strategies supporting regulatory, reimbursement, clinical, and business decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and co-lead integrated RWE, epidemiology, outcomes research, and data strategies across the product lifecycle.
Identify evidence gaps and define research plans for regulatory, market access, reimbursement, and safety needs.
Shape evidence-generation strategies using real-world data, registries, external controls, and advanced methodologies.
Oversee RWE studies to ensure timely, budget-conscious, high-quality delivery.
Mentor RWE talent and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Represent UCB with external partners to advance evidence-generation initiatives.
