• Interpret strategy to establish and prioritize business goals.
• Assess talent needs and identify potential talent in the org.
• Hold managers accountable for management skills and diverse pipelines.
• Lead teams to implement strategic directions and influence senior management decisions.
• Partner with Global Business Unit leadership to achieve objectives.
