Job summary

The University of Minnesota is seeking an infectious diseases specialist in the Academic Clinical emphasis track to join the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Medicine (IDIM). The role includes both general and transplant infectious disease care, with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities at the University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview and teaching duties.

• Must have MD/DO/MBBS or equivalent, board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Infectious Diseases completed or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain US work authorization and maintain legal status.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and transplant infectious diseases inpatient and outpatient care.
• Staff consult services at Eastbank and Westbank; see patients referred to ID clinic.
• Educate students, residents, and fellows; participate in clinical research.
