Job summary

The University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking an infectious disease specialist to join the faculty in Minneapolis. This role will involve staffing both inpatient and outpatient care for infectious diseases, teaching medical students, and engaging in research.

Qualified candidates must have a medical degree, board certification in Internal Medicine, and fellowship training in Infectious Diseases. A competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $205,000 is offered, aligned with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to receive work authorization in the United States and maintain legal status.
• Dual employment with University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Staff inpatient Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Solid Organ Transplant infectious diseases consult services.
• Provide outpatient care in the Transplant Infectious Diseases clinic.
• Teach medical students and residents who rotate on the infectious diseases consult service.
