Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship and/or pediatrics.
• PGY2 ID or PGY2 Pediatrics or PGY1 with Pediatric Focus as preferred.
• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License required.

Responsabilités

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including assessments and resolving drug problems.
• Coordinate pharmacy services with pharmacists and technicians.
• Participate in formulary and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Serve as primary preceptor for residency program and clerkship students.
• Provide drug information to medical staff, nursing staff and patients.
• Participate in performance improvement and medication error reduction initiatives.
