Qualifications

• D License and board certification as applicable; ID pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in antimicrobial stewardship and infectious diseases pharmacotherapy.
• Strong collaboration with clinical teams and leadership in pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Provide ID pharmaceutical care for Corewell Health patients.
• Lead antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and formulary consolidation.
• Review med profiles, labs, and clinical parameters for ID patients.
• Educate prescribers, nurses, and staff on antimicrobial use and safety.
