Zusammenfassung

The University of Minnesota School of Nursing is seeking a clinically focused infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to patients, collaborate with physicians, support research and education, and serve as an informational resource to colleagues.

Qualifikationen

PharmD degree required and Minnesota license active.
1–3 years of infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship and/or pediatrics experience.
Completion of PGY2 ID residency or PGY2 Pediatrics residency or PGY1 with Pediatric Focus.

Aufgaben

Provide pharmaceutical care to patients including assessments and documenting drug therapy problems.
Coordinate pharmacy services with pharmacists and technicians.
Participate in formulary and cost-reduction initiatives.
Develop pharmacotherapy expertise for select patient groups and serve as a resource.
Precept residency program and College of Pharmacy clerkship students.
Contribute to performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
