Virtua Health is seeking a Practice Manager for Infectious Disease to lead administrative and clinical operations at Briggs - 1001 Briggs Rd. You will supervise staff, manage payroll, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving excellent patient access and service.

Collaborate with Lead Physicians and directors, reporting on KPI performance and implementing policies to support growth and quality care in a multi-location health system.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a medical practice or ambulatory setting in a lead/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of billing and health insurance guidelines and practices (commercial, Medicare, managed care).
• Experience with EMR, scheduling, charging and billing systems.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 CPT coding, Medicare regulations, state regulations, CLIA, DOH and OSHA regulations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Directs and coordinates administrative and clinical services for assigned practice(s).
• Oversee budget development and variances with leadership input.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor KPI targets, access, and referral management; improve patient access and experience.
• Supervise and develop office staff; manage payroll and staffing to meet patient needs.
