Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Medical Director in Arlington, TX for outpatient Infectious Disease care. The physician will lead clinical operations, manage patient flow, and mentor mid-level providers in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality care for chronic and acute infections, ensuring timely documentation, and collaborating with the care team. Board-certified ID or related specialty is preferred; active MD/DO license and DEA are required.

Qualifications

• Infectious disease physician with outpatient experience.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients per day in a supported setting.
• Active MD or DO medical license and board certification (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Oversee scheduling to meet productivity targets and minimize no-shows.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours and respond to messages daily.
• Supervise mid-level providers and provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Provide protected administrative time weekly as per policy.
