Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease) to lead outpatient care. The physician must hold an MD or DO license with board certification preferred and manage 14–18 patients daily in a team-based clinic.

The role offers a base salary of $250,000–$290,000 plus a sign-on bonus, quarterly and retention bonuses, 401K, and full benefits. Relocation assistance is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Board certification preferred.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Complete documentation on the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care services for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and perform chart reviews as needed.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage and participate in retention efforts.
