Qualifications

• MD/DO license and active license required.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14-18 patients daily.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care while meeting productivity targets.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet benchmarks.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise PAs and NPs; provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected admin time weekly.
