MDS Staffing's Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic in San Francisco, CA seeks a Medical Director (Infectious Disease, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine) to lead outpatient care with a dedicated team.

The position emphasizes high-quality patient care, strong productivity, and collaboration with front desk, nurses, and care coordinators. It includes a base salary of $250,000–$290,000, plus sign, quarterly, and retention bonuses, relocation assistance, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Valid DEA and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14-18 patients daily in outpatient setting.
• CPR/BLS certification active.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care with no nights or weekends.
• Manage patient scheduling to meet productivity targets.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation and accurate E/M coding.
• Supervise PAs and NPs, and coordinate with care team.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Admin time: 4 hours weekly for physicians.
