CompHealth is seeking an Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on antimicrobial stewardship leadership, resident education, and collaboration with physicians in a major teaching hospital.

Requirements include PharmD and PGY2 Infectious Diseases residency or equivalent, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Schedule is primarily M-F with some weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD and PGY2 residency training in Infectious Diseases or equivalent experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills are required.
• Residency precepting opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and collaborate with physicians and expanding GME programs.
• Precept pharmacy residents and contribute to educational activities.
