Job summary

Qualifications

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year of infection prevention control experience in an acute or post-acute care setting.
• Infection Control Practitioner Certification (CIC) preferred.
• Experience in adult clinical education.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and implement the Center’s infection prevention and control program.
• Provide training, supervision, and conduct compliance audits to validate adherence to the program.
• Develop action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and patient/employee safety.
• Collaborate with center staff and corporate teams to promote infection prevention planning.
