Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN licensure in Delaware preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the infection prevention program.
• Conduct compliance audits and provide supervision and training.
• Implement action plans to correct deficient practices.
• Perform infection control rounds and record findings.
• Collect and analyze infection surveillance data for patients and staff.
• Ensure transmission-based precautions are initiated and communicated.
• Coordinate vaccine programs for patients and employees.
• Participate in orientation, training, and in-service sessions.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.
