Job summary

The Ambassador Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma is seeking an Infection Preventionist to protect vulnerable residents in long-term care settings. The role emphasizes data-driven surveillance, education, and collaboration with Directors of Nursing across facilities in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

Desired Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Minimum 2 years infection prevention and control experience, preferably in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
