Asbury Methodist Village, part of Asbury Communities, Inc., seeks an Infection Prevention Nurse to lead and enhance the facility's infection prevention and control program. You will oversee surveillance, education, audits, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), MD-compact state RN license, CPR, and long-term care experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and holidays. This is a full-time, daytime role in Maryland.

Formación

• RN license in MD or compact state is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate the infection prevention program.
• Conduct ongoing surveillance of infections and report data.
• Monitor infection prevention practices and support regulatory compliance.
• Identify patterns and outbreaks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide education and guidance to staff on infection control standards.
