PowerBack Rehabilitation in West Virginia seeks an Infection Preventionist to lead the nursing center's IPCP, acting as practitioner, educator, and consultant across multiple locations.

You will oversee infection prevention activities, outbreak management, employee health, and surveillance, while developing education programs and collaborating with staff to maintain high-quality patient care within our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control within 90 days of hire required.
• Minimum of three years of full-time nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Infection Prevention and Control Program oversight across multiple locations.
• Provide staff education and training on IPC practices and outbreak management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IPCP to ensure safe patient care.
