Monroe Health & Rehab Center is seeking an Infection Preventionist RN to oversee the infection prevention and control program across our skilled nursing facility. You will supervise nursing staff, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/BLS, and infection prevention training. Full-time shifts from 7:00a to 3:00p with a wage of $45.00 per hour and an $8,500 sign-on bonus.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Maintain an active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Be qualified by education, training, experience or a combination to meet position requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee the infection prevention and control program across the community per regulations.
• Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and infection control policies and train staff as needed.
