Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. seeks an Infection Prevention & Employee Health Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for infection prevention, control, and surveillance across multiple sites.

The role also oversees employee health, vaccination programs, and compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a Maryland RN license (or compact state), CPR, and experience in infection prevention.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Maryland or compact state required; Licensed Practical Nurse will be considered with relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in infection control and employee health a plus
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) required
• Certification in Infection Control preferred
• Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains evidence-based policies and procedures related to infection prevention, control, and employee health.
• Maintains compliance with The Joint Commission Infection Prevention standards and surveys readiness.
• Ensures CDC, CMS, and other federal/state/local infection prevention requirements are met.
• Conducts audits and surveillance to monitor adherence and drive improvements.
• Leads infection prevention activities and data analysis to reduce risk and support workforce health.
• Oversees respiratory protection and conducts FIT testing.
• Manages vaccination programs and education for staff.
• Coordinates Infection Control Risk Assessments for renovations and construction.
