Job summary

PDI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and key customers in the field, driving top-line growth and promoting infection prevention solutions in the New Orleans area.

The role requires building strong relationships with distributors, IDNs and regional accounts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred, with significant travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of basic sales techniques and acute care market knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in acute care or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for the territory.
• Sell full portfolio of products and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, IDNs and acute care entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MSL, National Accounts, Marketing) to achieve regional objectives.
• Document sales activity in Salesforce and provide timely reports and forecasts.
• Promote infection prevention opportunities and participate in partner meetings.
• Achieve territory growth and maintain up-to-date back-office activities.
