American Senior Communities' Stonebrook Rehab Center seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist to protect residents and staff. You will assess education needs, coordinate programs, and ensure compliance at the state and federal level.

You will conduct training, clinical observations, and QA audits, while supporting new-hire processes and championing growth within the organization.

Formación

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Training through the CDC (can be provided at this facility upon hire), or advanced training in infection prevention and control.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assess staff education needs and coordinate programs based on identified needs and ensure State and Federal compliance.
• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring.
