Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Training through the CDC or advanced training in infection prevention and control.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assess staff education needs and coordinate training programs.
• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding.
• Serve as advocate for growth and development within the company.
