American Senior Communities in Clarksville, IN seeks a Registered Nurse for the dual role of Infection Preventionist and Staff Development Coordinator. You will lead infection prevention efforts, train and support staff, help with hiring and onboarding, and foster a growth-focused workplace. On-call required.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, infection control knowledge, and a passion for staff education to advance resident safety and team performance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Infection prevention training through CDC or advanced training in infection prevention and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention efforts across the facility.
• Train and support staff; assist with hiring and onboarding.
