Qualifications

• Registered nurse with Nebraska license required.
• BSN preferred; 3+ years in clinical nursing.
• Experience in quality improvement, infection prevention or risk management preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation preferred.
• Experience in rural/critical access hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide QAPI and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality data collection and reporting.
• Investigate patient safety events and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, medical staff, and department managers.
• Promote compliance with federal and state regulations.
