Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Infection Prevention background preferred.
• CIC certification within 3 years of hire or commensurate licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveillance, rounding, analysis, and reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
• Develop and implement evidence-based infection prevention policies and standards.
• Train staff in infection prevention practices.
• Serve as educator, resource, and change agent within Tower Health.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve infection prevention across the system.
