Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a hospital-wide infection prevention and control program.
• Conduct active surveillance of HAIs and analyze infection trends.
• Prepare and present infection control data to medical staff committees and leadership.
• Apply benchmarks based on national standards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate to develop policies and educate staff on infection prevention practices.
• Oversee employee immunization and TB testing programs and incident follow-up.
• Coordinate outbreak investigations and containment with hospital departments and external agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of infection prevention trends and regulatory requirements.
