Community Health Network is seeking an Infection Control Manager to identify, monitor, and implement prevention strategies across the network’s inpatient and outpatient services. You will lead epidemiologic surveillance, drive improvements, and ensure readiness with CMS and Joint Commission standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, CIC certification within 3 years, and Indiana RN license or MT/MLS certification, with 2+ years in hospital infection control or epidemiology.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Public Health preferred.
• CIC certification within 3 years from hire required.
• Indiana RN license or MT/MLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years hospital nursing, lab, or infection control/epidemiology experience required.
• Ability to collect and analyze surveillance data and interpret epidemiologic data.
• Ability to implement infection prevention strategies and IP policies.
• Collaborates with Occupational Health and site leadership on IP planning.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, monitor, evaluate and educate on infection risks across the network.
• Recommend improvements to infection prevention processes and outcomes.
• Provide IP leadership across inpatient and outpatient services.
• Analyze surveillance data and conduct outbreak investigations when needed.
• Collaborate with site leadership to set infection prevention strategies and goals.
• Ensure readiness with accreditation standards (CMS, Joint Commission, NQF, ISDH).
