Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in infection prevention, epidemiology, or related field required.
• CIC certification within two years of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates hospital-wide infection prevention and control program.
• Conducts active surveillance of infections and analyzes trends.
• Prepares and presents infection control data to medical staff and leadership.
• Collaborates with departments to implement infection control policies.
• Provides staff education on hand hygiene, PPE, and infection prevention practices.
• Oversees immunization and TB skin test programs.
• Coordinates outbreak investigations and containment measures.
