Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse maintains current nursing license in accordance with state regulations.
• 5+ years' experience in Skilled Nursing Facility.
• 2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and pay extensive attention to detail.
• Knowledge of state, federal, local regulations for certification, licensing, and training.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning and directing day-to-day nursing functions.
• Develop, update, and implement infection control precautions and aseptic techniques.
• Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA and local regulations.
• Make rounds to units for case findings and supervision of isolation practices.
• Review infectious disease lab reports and prepare monthly summaries.
• Serve as Infection control lead during pandemics (e.g., COVID-19).
