Confidential Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking an Infection Control & Employee Health Manager to lead infection prevention and oversee employee health services, ensuring patient safety and staff well-being. You will craft policies, monitor compliance, and collaborate across departments to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in healthcare, an active RN/LPN license in the OR, and a BSN is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare settings.
• RN/LPN license valid in OR state.
• BSN degree is highly desirable to enhance clinical leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office and education software preferred.
