Job summary

Dover Behavioral Health System is seeking a Staff Educator and Infection Control Nurse to join our full-time team in Dover, Delaware. The RN will develop onboarding, monitor progress, and design training programs including CEUs, partnering with HR and management to meet hospital needs.

This role offers a day shift, full benefits, and a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to lead competency training and hospital-wide education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in DE (or eligible)
• Three or more years of staff development/health care training experience
• Current CPR or BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new hires ensuring competencies and high-quality care.
• Monitor new hires' progress, participate in evaluations, and provide ongoing education.
• Design and facilitate training programs, CEUs, and in-services with HR and Management Team.
