Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Day Infection Control Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maryland Correctional Institution Hagerstown in Hagerstown, MD. The LPN will develop and update infection control policies aligning with current standards of practice.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, collaborating with staff to prevent and control infections, and supporting safety and health initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to practice in Maryland.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a public health or acute care setting with a focus on Infection Control
• CIC – Certification in Infection Control preferred
• Experience working in corrections preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR/BLS
