Job summary

Centurion Health seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Maryland Correctional Training Center (MCTC) in Hagerstown, MD. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff, addressing a spectrum of physical and behavioral health needs.

Multiple shifts available: Full-Time Day, Part-Time Day, Part-Time Evenings.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.

Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Maryland Correctional Training Center (MCTC) located in Hagerstown, Maryland.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
