Sapphire Shores Health and Rehab in Sarasota, FL, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team. In this full-time role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing department to ensure high-quality resident care.

The position requires strong clinical leadership, infection prevention expertise, and the ability to train staff, monitor compliance with standards, and coordinate education

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Current Florida RN license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of infection control principles.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Nursing with staff hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
