• Provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development.

• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's progress and daily experiences.

• Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies.

• Support the family-like atmosphere by working closely with fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• CDA, Associate degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
