Job summary

Community Care Alliance is seeking a Clinical Case Manager for the Infant Supervised Visitation Program in Woonsocket, RI. You will oversee a small caseload, conduct weekly visits, and support families through the reunification process with child-focused, strength-based coaching.

Our team values a positive, supportive environment and offers flexible scheduling within a 40-hour workweek. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with high-risk populations are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with high-risk populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised visitation for babies placed in DCYF foster care and their parents.
• Coordinate sessions and coach sessions using a strength-based, client-centered approach.
• Support families through reunification processes and post-reunification home-visiting.
