Community Care Alliance is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Healthy Families America program in Woonsocket, RI. The role focuses on promoting family-centered practice, supervising staff, and providing clinical consultation to ensure program fidelity.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Human Services (or BA with experience) and a background in infant development, parent-child attachment, and culturally diverse family services. Prior home-visiting and reflective practice are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Masters in Human Services or related field, or B.A. with 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience supervising diverse staff with humility and supporting staff in stressful environments
• Knowledge of infant development and parent-child attachment
• Experience with family-centered and strength-based service provision
• Knowledge of parent-infant health and dynamics of child abuse and neglect
• Experience supporting culturally diverse communities/families
• Experience in home visiting with a strong background in early childhood prevention services
• Willingness to engage in reflective practice; Reflective practice preferred
• Infant mental health endorsement preferred

Aufgaben

• Promote and implement high standards of family-centered practice and service provision within the Healthy Families America Program
• Provide individual reflective supervision/home visit observations and maintain supervision logs
• Be available for clinical consultation and ensure adherence to HFA model
• Monitor case records, complete quarterly reviews, facilitate team meetings
• Engage in development and implementation of program policies
• Manage a small direct service caseload dependent upon census and need
