The Wonder Years Learning Center in Wilmington, MA is seeking an attentive Infant/Toddler Teacher to join their caring team. You will nurture infants and toddlers, support play-based learning, and create a safe, stimulating classroom that supports development.

You will maintain daily logs, communicate with families, collaborate with colleagues, and follow state licensing standards to ensure a warm, consistent learning environment for our youngest learners.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants and toddlers in licensed settings.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Willingness to obtain EEC certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, loving care for infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing classroom.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support development.
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding, diapering, naps, and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding child progress.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers to foster a positive learning environment.
• Follow routines to provide consistency and security for young children.
