Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Experience in an infant classroom, daycare, or early childhood setting preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism expected.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a licensed childcare setting.
• Support infant development through sensory activities, tummy time, language-rich interactions, music, movement and play-based learning.
• Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and care schedules for each child.
• Maintain a calm, safe, and engaging infant classroom environment.
