Qualifications

• Previous experience working with toddlers in educational or childcare settings is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.
• Creative, playful approach to teaching with ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, clean, organized classroom free of hazards and provide emotional support for toddlers.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based activities focusing on cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
• Monitor progress through informal assessments and adapt instruction to individual needs.
• Support social skill-building through group activities and guided play.
• Engage families with regular updates and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
