Little Leaders Academy of the Arts in Atlanta, GA is seeking loving Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team. You will provide attentive, nurturing care and plan age-appropriate activities.

The role emphasizes patience, positive energy, and a genuine love for working with young children, with collaboration with fellow teachers and center leadership.

Experience with infants or toddlers and a high school diploma or GED are preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Formación

• Experience caring for infants or toddlers in a childcare setting preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to actively supervise and support young children throughout the day.
• Ability to meet applicable childcare background screening and training requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and welcoming classroom.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage language, movement, creativity, and social development.
• Manage feeding, diapering, and nap routines while following each child’s individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow health and safety procedures.
• Communicate with families about daily routines, progress, and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
