Little Leaders Academy of the Arts in Atlanta is seeking caring Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team. We value patience, dependable attendance, and a genuine love for helping young children reach their first milestones.

You will plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, supervise children, feed and diaper as needed, and communicate daily progress with families. The right candidate will work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership to create a nurturing learning

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants or toddlers preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to supervise and support young children throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and welcoming classroom.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage language, movement, creativity, and social development.
• Manage feeding, diapering, and nap routines while following each child’s individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow health and safety procedures.
• Communicate with families about daily routines, progress, and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
