Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) invites applications for an Infant Toddler Teacher 2. The role emphasizes guiding young children through developmentally appropriate activities using the HighScope curriculum and collaborating with a teaching team.

The position requires relevant credentials (FCCPC, Infant/Toddler CDA, ECPC, CCAC, or NECC) or progress toward an AA/AS degree, with additional hours and state guidelines. RCMA supports growth and family partnership.

Qualifications

• FCCPC Birth to Five requirement or equivalent credential.
• Infant/Toddler CDA required if no primary credential, must obtain Infant Toddler CDA within 260 days.
• ECPC or CCAC or NECC credential acceptable alternatives.
• College coursework plus minimum field hours required.
• Maintain enrollment in college while pursuing AA/AS degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Plan environments and routines using HighScope curriculum.
• Observe and assess child development to support RCMA readiness goals.
• Maintain safe, healthy classroom and outdoor environment.
• Partner with families and collaborate with Center Coordinator and staff.
• Ensure compliance with RCMA and DCF requirements.
