Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with a teaching team to provide developmentally appropriate activities.
• Use HighScope curriculum to plan environments, activities, and daily routines.
• Observe and assess children to support developmental progress.
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy classroom and outdoor space.
• Be an engaged partner with families.
• Manage the classroom and maintain RCMA standards.
• Adhere to RCMA funding rules and DCF requirements.
• Assist Center Coordinator in evaluating Infant Toddler Teacher performance.
