Qualifications

• FCCPC Birth to Five credential (or equivalent) as listed in the requirements.
• Preschool National CDC Credential (Center‑Based CDA required).
• ECPC, CCAC, or NECC staff credential options accepted.
• College coursework: 9 ECE credits and 3 months preschool experience; ongoing AA/AS progress.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a warm, secure climate for children.
• Plan environments and routines using the HighScope curriculum.
• Observe, screen and assess children to support development and school readiness goals.
