Job summary

Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) is seeking an Infant Toddler Teacher 2 to provide developmentally appropriate activities within a high‑quality early education program. You will implement the HighScope curriculum, observe progress, and support RCMA School Readiness goals while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• FCCPC or equivalent required for minimum education.
• Infant/Toddler Center-Based Credential required for eligibility.
• ECPC or CCAC acceptable alternatives to the CDA.
• NECC credential verification is required.
• College coursework in ECE plus 480 working hours in the field and ongoing college enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Work with teaching team to provide developmentally appropriate activities.
• Use HighScope curriculum to plan environments, activities, and routines.
• Use HighScope interaction strategies with infants and toddlers.
• Observe, screen, and assess children to monitor progress and RCMA goals.
• Maintain safe and healthy classroom and outdoor environments.
• Engage with families as a partner in development.
• Manage the classroom and daily routines.
• Adhere to RCMA funding rules and DCF requirements.
