Job summary

Qualifications

• One of the listed credentials (FCCPC or Infant Toddler CDA) must be provided.
• Multiple credentials accepted per RCMA policy.
• Ongoing training may be required depending on age group served.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a teaching team to provide developmentally appropriate activities.
• Use HighScope curriculum to plan environments and routines.
• Observe and assess children to support progress toward RCMA goals.
• Maintain safe, healthy classroom and outdoor spaces.
• Engage families as partners in education.
• Adhere to RCMA policies and DCF requirements.
