Job summary

Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Part-time Caregiver to provide developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of young children and families.

The role requires following daily schedules, engaging with families, and meeting RCMA funding and DCF requirements; preferred are CDA/FCCPC qualifications, CPR/First-Aid, and community involvement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Transcript documentation of passing All Competency Exams for the DCF Child Care Training.
• Recommended to complete Infant Toddler National CDA, FCCPC within 260 working days of hire.
• CPR and Pediatric First-Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Follow daily schedules and plans to support physical, social, and cognitive growth.
• Be an engaged partner with families and meet RCMA funding and DCF requirements.
